2.2 Fees & Refunds

  • Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Full refund if canceled within 7 days of enrollment (unless course has started).

    • No refunds after course commencement, except under exceptional circumstances (evaluated case-by-case).

    • Refunds may take 15-30 business days to process.

2.3 Installment Plans

  • Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

  • Defaulting on payments may lead to legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

  • All course materials (videos, documents, software) are proprietary to Enegxi.

  • Unauthorized distribution, resale, or modification is prohibited.

3.2 License for Use

  • Students receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.

  • Commercial use requires written permission.

3.3 User-Generated Content

  • By submitting assignments or feedback, you grant Enegxi the right to use, modify, and display such content.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Actions

  • Cheating, plagiarism, or fraudulent certification.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

  • Unauthorized access to systems or data breaches.

4.2 Consequences of Misconduct

  • Immediate suspension or termination of enrollment.

  • Legal action if applicable (e.g., copyright infringement).

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Enegxi follows its Privacy Policy (available on the website).

  • Data may be used for analytics, marketing, and service improvement.

  • We implement security measures but cannot guarantee 100% protection against breaches.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Enegxi is not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).

    • Third-party services linked from our platform.

    • Technical issues beyond our control.

7. Termination

  • Enegxi may terminate access for violations of these Terms.

  • Users may request account deletion, subject to data retention policies.
